Refund and Returns Policy

At Vynil, we’re committed to delivering quality apparel and a smooth shopping experience. If your order isn’t a perfect match, our 30-day return window allows you to send items back with confidence. Please read the policy below to ensure your item qualifies for return or refund.


1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. To be considered eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which they were received
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Items that do not meet these standards may be denied for return.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

For safety and quality control, certain products cannot be returned:

  • Items labeled as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Products that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage
  • Return requests submitted after the 30-day return period

3. How to Begin a Return

All returns are processed via mail only. We currently do not accept drop-off or in-store returns.

To start your return, contact us at:

  • The reason for the return
  • Photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a customer error (wrong size, color, or product), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a Vynil error—such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item—we will cover the return shipping.
  • Prepaid return labels are not offered at this time.

5. Restocking Fees

Vynil does not charge restocking fees. As long as your item meets our return requirements, no additional fees will be applied.


6. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified by email regarding approval or denial of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after approval
  • Free shipping is included on all U.S. orders; however, original shipping charges (if any apply in future promotions) are non-refundable

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If the item you received is not what you ordered or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and photos clearly showing the damage or issue
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund based on your preference

8. Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing immediately after purchase. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are placed. If you wish to return an item, you may do so once it arrives by following the return procedure above.
